What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial appointments can last up to 1 hour, and the doctor will go over your medical and psychiatric history, presenting issues, past meds, and arrive at a treatment plan with the patient. Follow up appointments last about 15min where medications are assessed and adjusted as necessary. Dr. Buch does medication management and does not do talk therapy.
