Dr. Panchal is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who works with motivated adults to navigate and discover the root of their mental health struggles. Since working in private practice, she understands that uncovering the root of difficulties allows clients to develop healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships, helping them to know themselves as a whole. Dr. Panchal is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities as well as medication management, implementing individually tailored treatment.
Her educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree from Stockton University. She completed her psychiatry training at the Delaware Psychiatric Center Residency Program in New Castle, Delaware. Additionally, she has training in psychodynamic psychotherapy with the Psychoanalytic Association of New York.

Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

I do not recommend. This practice has an expensive fee if you need to change or cancel. Also, a complete waste of my time and money. The Dr. told me that because I was seen in a hospital she will not continue care, but didn’t tell me this until the end of my hour long appointment. Highly unprofessional and clearly just in it for the money. They do not care about their patients.

I've loved my time working with Dr. Panchal. I came to her with concerns about ADHD and she made sure to really listen to my thoughts and concerns and talk through things with me to make sure she fully understood my situation. She does an amazing job of providing a safe and comfortable space for you to be vulnerable and talk through your feelings while also coming up with plans for you to be confident and overcome your obstacles and become healthier and happier. I can tell that she genuinely cares for my well-being and the well-being of all her patients. I'm moving states or else I would love to continue being in her care!
