He's a lovely, competent doctor who took time to listen to my concerns, making me feel that this is a doctor who believes in a doctor-patient partnership which is based on professional rapport and maintenance of patient's dignity. He makes me understand things and even showed me in his computer the image of my previous MRA brain, which is very comforting. He has a blood circulation machine which is impressive, and what he said about my denervated muscle was very reassuring. He addressed my concern about my chest pain by ordering an X-ray, which I had that same day from an imaging office. . Very considerate of him. Overall, on a scale of 1-10 I give him 10+++
His staff, Tina and Xzu are friendly and very accommodating to all of us patients waiting in the reception area...truly representing the ethos of Dr. Xie's clinic.

Dr. Xie is the only neurologist I trust to point me in the right direction, whether I have an arising question or radical change in medication by a psych. Dr. Xie is knowledgeable, approachable, communicable and attentive to the patient's concerns. He is easily reachable, even when I'm leaving a message with one of the receptionists. I'm very happy to have Dr. Xie as part of my medical team.

Felt a bit awkward at first because Dr. Yi is located in the heart of CHinatown so I was literally the only non-Asian in the office, and the building is detailed and listed in mostly Chinese. But nonetheless, Dr. Yi saw me quickly and was thorough and informative.

Dr. Xie is a very caring doctor who is also very pragmatic. Delved into the discussion of drawbacks of a potentially necessary medication and was very realistic. The wait time was less than 30 minutes, which was a slight drawback, as was his accent and wording, which confused me at times during my appointment with him.

My first time visiting a neurologist. Dr. Yi Xie is welcoming, sensitive to the patients needs, and most importantly, very knowledgable and yet soft spoken. This makes the client feel comfortable as opposed to feeling guilty which happens often . It was a pleasant visit and I will see Dr. Yi Xie and his extremely polite staff soon.

Dr. Yi Xie has a sweet, and gentle manner about him. He took his time testing my daughter, and didn't make us feel like he was in a rush at all. He gave us some good advice on how to prevent headaches, and how to ease the pain of them. All in all, a great experience.

Dr Xie spent a lot of time with me, asked a lot of questions, and discussed options. It was nice not to feel rushed. He genuinely seemed interested in finding a diagnosis and treatment. It's also nice that he has weekend hours, so I don't have to take time off work for appointments.

If there is anything I pray you DON'T do, it is see this doctor. His staff is the most rude, inconsiderate, savages I have wasted my time on. Take for example how they remembered to call me to reschedule an appointment I scheduled, because they wanted me to come in earlier (for them). Then when I requested for a call back from the doctor based on a diagnosis - I didn't hear from him and had to check in three times, until the last time when they told me he went home and they didn't tell him I called because "he was busy." PLEASE AVOID like the plague. This office does NOT care about you past your insurance card.

Mr. Xie is a awsome doctor. The nurse that works thir Ms. Tina is great she makes u feel so comfortable. I went in so worry and left his office feeling good he took his time to listen to me and my problems with my back, and leg i had problems after my spine injection i had no feeling in my right leg and he told just why i was having the reaction after the injection and told me what i have to do to get better and medicine i have to take he tells u the truth with no lie. My God continues to bless him and his team in medical practic.

I think Dr. XIe is a good doctor. Conservative in his approach and will look at more wholistic approach to medicine-not one to hand out precriptions without trying other alternatives first.
