While Dr, Garcia Marotta was lovely once I saw her, her office staff was unfortunately not. The staff was hardly friendly, unorganized with the correct forms for me to complete (I completed the zoc doc forms before the appt and was rudely told I had to do all new forms at their office), and gave me no information on the ridiculous wait time. I had a 2:30 appt and wasn't brought back until 4 where I waited another 20 mins to see the Dr. While I waited though, I got to watch a tv showing cure all remedies that I can assume the office promotes. The entire place was a pharm sales dream come true. Once I went through the appt, which again, the only saving grace was the dr, they were going to have me leave but forgot about the bloodwork I needed and had to remind them I was there for an annual physical. Another 10 minute wait. I have a follow up appointment to review the lab work and I'm pretty sure that will be my last time there. Disappointing.

Great first visit! I was her last appointment of the day and I think perhaps my appointment might not have made it from ZocDoc to the office staff, but they did a great job getting me in after waiting a bit.

Dr. Garcia-Marotta was great. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. It was easy to develop a rapport with her and express my health concerns.
It was my first visit, and as I walked in the building I was filled with doubts especially after seeing the condition of the building. The building is in need of renovation and deep cleaning. The office of Dr. Garcia-Marotta was a little crammed for my taste, but very clean. Once I met Dr. Garcia-Marotta all my doubts disappeared because she was patient, kind, and compassionate. It became very easy to express my health concerns. However, once you're right outside the patient rooms you can easily listen to the conversation behind the doors. Perhaps because of the crammed space. Maybe noise reduction equipment can alleviate this issue. I believe I may need to whisper next time.
The ladies in the front desk were prompt and professional, but the experience would have been more positive if they would have greeted me first when I approached the window. I had to wait a little bit before someone raised their head to acknowledge my presence. The greeting was "do you have an appointment?". The tone was not friendly and inviting. There was no smile nor any positive expressions. It felt more like an assembly line, they appeared too busy to acknowledge the person presently in front of them. However, once I met Dr. Garcia-Marotta, it made up for the lack of service values at the front desk. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend Dr. Garcia-Marotta.

Dr. Garcia was fantastic, excellent, awesome in every aspect of the word very approachable, very knowledgeable. I explained my concern with Dr. Garcia and right away she order labs and everything, her staff is also awesome they called me right away to inform me what was causing my illness and directed me further.

She has a great bedside manner and is very efficient. The only negative aspect was that the office could have been much cleaner. For example, in one of the patient rooms, there was a trash can overflowing with dirty tissues. Please fix that, because it looks so unsanitary!
