We're open weekdays, evenings, and weekends-so you can receive the care you need on your and your family's schedule. Plus, several of our walk-in care centers provide ongoing primary care, offering all your continuing care under one roof. Valley's walk-in care centers also offer walk-in care for less, with lower copays than other area clinics.

Received a Covid RSV flu test and was told I would get the results within 45 minutes. They would call me however no one called me back. about 2 o’clock. I decided to call them and I received the answering service which said the office is closed and that’s when I really got upset cause I wanted to know my results. The girl said she would get back to me. She would give the message to the PA who was on call, however she never got back to. Called service again and was disconnected called for a third time and was put on hold for approximately 10 mins. Operator told ne she would put message thru again and finally PA called me back at 3 to tell me I did I d ed have COVID. Appt made online for 11:30. Saw Dr at 1ish.

Front desk lady was unfriendly, seemed like she does not like working. The nurse who took my vitals was nice and very professional tho, only her made my visit pleasant and who showed empathy. The NP Micheal did not even do neuro check, when I told him about my concerns for bleeding despite not having signs and symptoms of incease ICP or head trauma injury, he flat out told me "because today is weekend, scans will still be on Monday, but you will be dead by then if that is your (bleeding) concern" Like okay? I get it. I felt like I was shamed for even going there cause I feel fine, I look fine and all. Not coming back again and will never recommend.

A clean, bright place, friendly staff, professional, attentive people who know their jobs very well. I was very pleased, and if I ever need them next time definitely I wouldn't hesitate to go. Ty????????

I would give 5 stars possibly at a later date when I know that the recommended treatment and medication worked as planed. This is the first day of taking the meds so I can't say super job when I don't know if the meds will cure the issues I have.
