She was so lovely- awesome bedside manner, office staff was friendly and efficient. She helped me remove a chalazion from my upper eyelid and it was painless. She comfortably chatted with me which was a nice distraction during the procedure. It’s day two of healing and I have minimal bruising and swelling- most people might not even notice except myself. Same day appointment and removal was awesome- great location and clean facilities. Easy correspondence with staff and dr. Via text and email- I really like their responsiveness. It’s quick and also like that it has a “younger” more approachable vibe to everything. I was never directed to an endless loop of an answer machine or call center. Would definitely recommend!

Wow. What patient service, care, and kindness. I have been dealing with an eye issue for two months and she was sympathetic, explained why this could be happening and how to prevent, and did a procedure on the spot.
Procedure was painless she was so gentle, really made sure all was done correctly and with care. What a great experience.

Dr. Yogita Katyap is friendly and very thorough with her diagnosis, providing explanations for diagnosis and options for treatment. I needed an urgent appointment with an acute eye problem – her and her office staff understood the urgency of the situation and was able to squeeze me in for an immediate appointment. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. The rest of the staff in the office was very responsive and helpful before, during and after the appointment as well.
