Dr. Kwon and his staff were amazing. They were very professional and had a great attitude about everything. He made me feel very comfortable, and that meant a lot considering I was being cut with a scalpel! His team at the office were very helpful and if my health requires it, I will definitely be going back again.

Dr. Kwon was previously an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Illinois-Urbana, in Champaign, IL. Dr. Kwon is Board-certified in surgery, and he is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

To say that this Dr. Office is outstanding in an understatement, its out of this world. Funny thing is, something went wrong with my insurance and I couldn't see the doctor, I needed a note for my job stating I came but there was an issue with my insurance card. Their front office took care of it like a boss with so much love and generosity. I mean seriously, I have never had customer service anywhere like they have given it. I cant wait to be seen by the doctor, if there customer service is excellent, I bet their medical services is even better. God bless these people.

Overall very good experience. My only complaint is that after the surgery, he was telling me stories about people with infected incisions and it kind of freaked me out! Not what you want to hear when you have just been sliced open...

I came in with concerns about stomach problems I had been having for over a month. I don't go to the doctor often, so when I do it's because I'm concerned about something. He poked at my stomach for 2 seconds, told me I have a "tummy ache," and prescribed me a laxative. Such a waste of time. Very frustrating.

The customer service with execellent. The front desk girls are very friendly and caring. Dr. Kwon is a very smart and knows exactly what his doing. He hit the nail in the nail with my diagnosis and my medical treatment
