Dr. Pellet has been my PCP for a few yrs now and he is the only one l’d continue to see. He takes his time (and probably always why there’s a wait time at my appointments) with you and thoroughly goes over reason for visit. The doctor makes sure you understand everything discussed. He makes you feel comfortable and heard. Staff is good and friendly. Office is clean and also a convenient location by the 6 and Q trains. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Fantastic doctor - Dr. Pellet is exactly what I was looking for in a new primary doctor. I could not believe the amount of time that he spent with me at my annual physical. He is clearly extremely knowledge and caring, and I felt at ease during the entire appointment.

Dr. Pellett is a very thoughtful and involved physician. He wants to know everything that's pertinent, and makes plans to handle every situation. In other words, he's a very conscientious doctor, and takes his responsibilities very seriously, without ever making the patient feel derelict or foolish. I enjoy his company and value his knowledge.

My first visit with him was great. However, when I went back, after needing a certificate and speaking for over a week with his assistant, the doctor did not even come to see me and refused to talk to me. Very unpleasant.

His bedside manner is top notch. After seeing terrible doctors in the past it is very refreshing to meet with someone who is both intelligent and nice. Very impressed with the doctors at Mt. Sinai in general.

Upon arriving to the waiting room a billboard announced the doctor was 40 minutes late. This after I reconfirmed 10 minutes prior to my appointment that the appointment was in time. Total waste of time and disregard to the patients needs. If the doctor announces he is late then the patients should be contacted as soon this information is available.
Also, received a call from the doctors office the prior day to change the time of the appointment but subsequent to this change u receive both and email and a text message confirming the old time of the appointment. Very confusing and unprofessional.

Dr. Pellet is terrific. Very personable and knowledgeable, and has a natural authoritative manner, so he's easy to trust. I suppose he is in demand, because even at the early hour of 9:40 AM, I had to wait more than a half hour to see him, which might not seem like a lot, but I was in the same facility last week to see Dr. Lisa Anthony, a dermatologist, and there was no waiting of any kind, and that was even at a later hour than today's appointment. So I was little surprised, just by way of comparison, but once Dr. Pellet arrived, I was put at ease and felt very safe and comfortable in his presence.
