One of the worst medical practices I have ever encountered, despite the doctor saying they would follow up about blood work she never did and when i asked her office to cancel one of the two specialists in that office they canceled the wrong one. Stay far away from this practice

Professional, efficient and everyone was very nice. Doctor seems great - was in for a general physical so nothing to diagnose but seemed to have a solid understanding of my existing conditions. I didn’t have to over explain anything which was nice.

The doctor only provided vague feedback on my bloodwork and suggested I “schedule a follow up in 4 weeks.” In the follow up, I got feedback on my bloodwork that should have been included in the initial assessment. Nothing else - no new bloodwork, no prescriptions. It could have and should have been a phone call or a written message after my initial visit.
Then I got a bill for that second visit. This doctor and the entire “Medical Offices of Manhattan” should be ashamed and I would recommend literally any other doctor or medical office.

Comprehensive appointment and listened to all my concerns, addressing items right away like a sleep study that I had been thinking about for some time. Cardiology is a main offering so annual health appointment turned into my first EKG. Impressed with the efficiency and ability to refer me same day to specialists that I needed.

The Doctor was only interested in referring me to specialists whether I needed it or not. She barely examined me, did not discuss my EKG results and was not interested in my medical history. One specialist she referred me to does not have availability until January 2026. Waste of my time!!

I booked for a tetanus shot and zocdoc said that this provider did that. After waiting 45 min and paying the copay, I’m told that they don’t do tetanus shots and can’t help me.

It went well!
I would say that this office is well connected with a partnered cardiologist office as you’ll see their ads everywhere. I was a bit confused why I had to be referred to a cardiologist for a medication I was previously on before and I am a healthy adult (and wasn’t needed by previous PCPs). But she explained the reason as a precautionary + necessary for the office and we continued with the visit. Took a bit more time than expected but at least it updates my cardio profolio for the future.
Be prepared with your historical medical information and have your list of health concerns ready! This will help effectively communicate and save a lot of time.

Medical Offices of Manhattan was awful and refused to respond with information needed for my care. Even though there is nothing wrong with the doctor personally, would avoid seeing him or another other doctor in the MoM system.
More specifically, I was prescribed with a SleepImage sleep study. However, SleepImage requires a PatientID, which they did not provided to me. I called about this issue but after 15+ mins of waiting, my call just went to voicemail. I left a voicemail, and also texted them, but almost two months later I haven't heard back yet.
To add insult to injury, I actually got billed for not completing the study in time. When the person reached out about billing, I tried asking them about it too, and they told me that the patient ID should be the same as the ID on the bill, which was NOT TRUE.
I'm shocked that it's this difficult to get a reply about what should be a simple issue and one which is essential to my care. I would avoid anything to do with the MoM system.

They don't have a mychart or messaging system, so it takes longer to get the results of tests they don't do a good job at keeping in touch after the appointment. It feels like you have to hunt them down for results.

The nurses and front staff were awful -- unkind and unable to hold a conversation or write notes correctly. They poked and prodded me silently and I had to ask what they were doing for basic explanations. The three minutes I spent with the doctor were pleasant!
