Yusuf Khan, MD is board certified in Family Medicine and has been in the practice of medicine since 2001. Originally born and raised in West Virginia, he saw the positive effect that access to medicine has on families. This later prompted him to pursue a career in medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University prior to entering medical school. He then completed his residency in Family Medicine at West Virginia University, followed by a rotating Emergency Medicine fellowship at Charleston Area Medical Center. Dr. Khan was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at West Virginia University, Martinsburg campus, and most recently opened Ashburn Family Medicine, formerly known as Act Fast Urgent Care, PLLC in Ashburn, Virginia. Dr. Khan is an avid Washington Redskins fan, enjoys travel, and spending time with his family.
