Rinsy Alexander is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience across both international and U.S. healthcare settings. She began her nursing journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Christian Medical College in Vellore, India, and later earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Her career includes service at leading institutions such as Delhi Apollo Hospital, Al-Amiri Hospital under Kuwait’s Ministry of Health, and Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Florida. Rinsy spent 15 years at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Virginia—10 of which were in a supervisory role—where she led clinical teams and coordinated high-quality patient care.
Currently, she provides comprehensive primary and urgent care at Trinity Family Practice and MinuteClinic. Her clinical focus includes preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Very nice bedside manner , however wasn’t aware the office didn’t have my insurance information nor was I informed that only take cash payments for weight loss . The site states insurance it didn’t state it’s cash pay only programs .

My concerns were not completely addressed and I was prescribed medication that I did not want, when I requested another medication for my symptoms it was denied without a valid reason. I had to see another provider for the same reason of my visit and they agreed this medication prescribed had too many adverse side effects. That doctor prescribed me something else that had no side effects.

The whole experience was so smooth. I love my nurse practitioner she listens and really seems to know what she was talking about.
I feel like they did more for me in 15 minutes than my own home doctor could 5 minutes away.
