As long as you have 2 hours to waste, everyone in the office was very nice and professional. The place was clean. The only weird thing is there is no bathroom without going past by the waiting area so if you have to have a urine test you'll have to walk the cup (without a lid) by everyone, a tray in the restroom would be nicer.
I was a new patient and was told to arrive 20 mins early so I did. I expected to waited a bit but it took 45mins from my scheduled appointment time to be brought to a room. I then sat in this room for 15 minutes since she was running late. For an early morning appointment running this late should have been communicated earlier.
