Located in a new office building on Union Street. Parking was fairly easy for me since my appointment was at 10. The waiting area is a little small but the consultation rooms were bright and spacious. Dr. Wu was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Dr. Wu was very well mannered and professional. He explained concepts regarding my hearing problems very well. He did kind of rush when I was seeing him and did not wash out my ears like I asked him to, but that is expected seeing a busy doctor.

Only thing I didnt like was the doctor’s office has an office policy for patients to make a deposit first ($100+) even if the patient have insurance. Even if they are in-network. (Fidelis marketplace). I called my insurance and insurance told me that they tell offices to file a claim & not bill patients but unfortunately this is the doctor’s policy. And its up to me if I want to see this doctor, i had to because I was leaving for vacation in a few days. Paid that amount.
