The reception staff need to speed up the registration process, my appointment was at 2pm and I was still waiting for it to be finished before I was seen at 2.40. The lady was very sweet but seemed to get distracted easily and was in no rush to finish my paper work.
As for my actual assessment the dr was very knowledgable and willing to get me treated thoroughly with the right medication followed with some preventative advise.

My former doctor changed hours and I needed someone more convenient. I explained to the FNP that I just needed a refill on a medicine I’d been on for awhile. She kept asking me the same questions repeatedly and then I figured out she wasn’t familiar with some of my meds and didn’t have experience with patients who used a mail order service (my insurance required this for maintenance meds). She then called my regular pharmacy instead of the Express Scripts # that I gave her and then smirked at me with what she thought was evidence that I wan’t being truthful. I am a solo parent of 2 and work full-time and not appreciative of someone wasting my precious time on a weekend.
