It was terrible. I came to the doctors with my two babies after work. I was exhausted but I really wanted my daughter to see the doctor. I came in on time for my appointment. The lady at the front desk ask for my daughter’s insurance and my I.D. As I sat down to search for my card, she then explains to me that the doctor is stepping out and if I would like to reschedule. I got up and said, “ no thank you, I won’t be back” and left. My thing is, why have that slot available if you are not available. I had some setbacks coming to the doctors office and then for my appointment to get canceled on the spot is ridiculous. First and last time going to this doctors office.
