Horrible experience..the dr was nice but when it came to getting the medicine sent to the pharmacy it didnt happen..waited in the pharmacy for 1 hr only to need to walk back there to tell them to send it because I called the office 5 times and noone answered...the whole point of an urgent care..is for it to be "urgent"

I would not come back here. Pro was that I was seen right away since I had an appointment. Cons were front desk staff was unprofessional, staff were not friendly, and I didn’t feel like the doctor seriously checked me for my symptoms. She listened to my lungs through my thick sweater… that was a first! I’ve had really great experiences with doctors at other urgent care facilities but this would be the last place I’d go if I was looking for urgent care.

Overall, the actual medical experience was okay. I mainly went because of the convenience. my overall results I feel was only 90% taken care of as I still have some symptoms. The office staff was great. No one was waiting so I went in early my scheduled appointment. I do appreciate using zocdoc site, it is very easy to schedule an appointment and easy to navigate.

I was given the wrong vaccine needed for a job, I’d say I told about 4 different people what I needed that day including the doctor herself. Yet after leaving and submitting the forms needed for my job I was told the vaccine I got was wrong! I Trusted that the amount of times I showed and explained what I came in there for they would have understood. Turns out just because they were similar vaccines to the one I was saying, I was given what they comprehended it to be and to be clear I went for a Tdap vaccination and was given a TD vaccine missing the entire purpose of my visit.

No matter the similarities this shouldn’t happen! The point of this visit was completely missed, the next day I had to go through many hoops to make sure I was going to be able to get the needed one and if that’s safe for me or not, I was also charged meanwhile insurance was excepted the next day else where. Clear documents stated my visit was for Tdap…

my son was very ill, diagnosed with 1st stages of bronchitis. the doctor did a good job. things went downhill when they sent his prescription to a pharmacy who isn't a participating provider AFTER I told them who my pharmacy is. from 10 am to 3:30 I made 4 calls to the urgent care to send his medicine to the right provider and they kept telling me ok they will. my pharmacy has to eventually call to get them to send the prescription. my son is 5, suffering from wheezing and this urgent care didn't give a sh&&t. my last call to them the arrogant uppity front desk entitled girl was more concerned with my tone than the suffering of a child. disgusting! I'm a parent watching his child cry and suffer for over 8 hours trying to get them to send his medication!!

To be honest the receptionist in the front desk wasn’t welcoming at all.. when I asked a question about the copay she gave an attitude and was rude.. the NP I was seen by was nice and explained everything.. the medical assistant just walked in. No hello. Told me to take off my jacket. Didn’t explain what she was going to do.. overall I work in a hospital, and didn’t feel like they treated me as a patient

I went in with a serious breathing problem. They were phenomenal. they gave me oxygenated medication. A shot and I felt better with prescriptions already waiting for me at cvs next door. Plus they all have a sense of humor.
