They even took the time to make sure that I was up to date on health concerns that I didn't have front and present in my mind until the moment. And even if you're a bit far away , they're worth the travel to get good care.”

The visit about physical concerns was redirected to my "mental health" simply because I was crying I believe but I think most people might get a bit emotional about their health concerns so I feel like it came out of left field and sidetracked the visit and also the labs that should normally be done quickly aren't even back yet and it's almost a week now.. I work in healthcare, so I know the turnaround times on labs, and they are taking way longer than any in-house lab should, and they don't release them to you as soon as they've resulted which is another issue.

I had an outstanding experience with Zoey Stealey. She is a great listener, very efficient with physical examinations, and explains her findings in a very easy, comprehensive way. I was given ample time to explain my problems, given a thorough exam, and provided with the care I needed, all in a friendly environment.
The staff for vaccines and phlebotomy are very efficient with their jobs.
I also love the aquarium in the waiting area; it kept me engaged for quite a while.

It's been quite awhile since I felt so strongly about the quality of my experience with a medical provider. Zoey Stealey, PA impressed me in so many ways. She was an engaged listener, frequently checked for understanding and seemed genuinely interested in helping me sort out my current health concerns. Most importantly, I felt she very much respected my input and put stock in my personal understanding of my own body. She also kept an open mind about my preference to support my health in the most homeopathic ways possible. This country needs more Zoeys!!!!!

I was nervous to try this office because of the mixed Google reviews, but I am so glad I did. From the welcoming waiting room and kind front desk staff to Dr. Zoe Steele’s attentive care, everything exceeded my expectations. The medical assistant made my ear cleaning easy and even offered me a hair tie when things got messy. They also did my bloodwork on site, which saved me the hassle of going to a separate lab (the tech was amazing also!) I have never left a review in my life, but this experience was too good not to share. I highly recommend this team!

I came in for an ear cleaning appointment. The front desk staff and medical assistant were kind and caring, which I really appreciated. However, when the PA came in, she told me they couldn’t help with my other ear because they “had lunch.” I completely understand that everyone needs a break and that ear cleanings aren’t the most pleasant task, but the way it was said felt dismissive and made me really uncomfortable.

Zoey & the team were very kind, attentive, and caring. I felt very comfortable talking to each person I saw and everyone was very friendly and informative. Zoey was very clear in her communication and offered several options and suggestions for the things we discussed. I was in and out super quick and had a positive experience (especially for someone getting shots/needles who is afraid of them!)
