He was a decent doctor and a pleasant guy but his staff were just shy of terrible. Rude, abrasive and lazy. The last people you want to see when you're under the weather; no wonder people dread going to the doctor's.

My appointment for a physical took 2 hours. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and 'New Patient Appointment' and put in the notes that I am booking the appointment to schedule my annual physical. The doctor's office had my appointment in as a 'Sick' appointment, thus not allotting sufficient time for a physical. The associate at the front desk told me that they had double booked that morning. The staff at the doctor's office has the intention of providing quality health services, but they came across being very unorganized and unprofessional.

To be honest I won’t be returning here after my 2 week check back and blood results. The initial check up was fine and normal but I mentioned having a cyst to him that I’d like to have checked out and scheduled to be removed as it’s been years of pain and discomfort. He acknowledged and said “we can look at that no problem.” Checked my ankle as I told him I’d need an X-ray on that and my left thumb which I showed him was hyperextended and needed correction to which he again replied “we can take a look at that no problem.” Neither of those issues were ever looked at or even brought up as he rushed out after giving me a flu shot and had a nurse draw blood. I guess he only cared about giving me a flu shot and just bailed on everything else. With someone like that in charge of others health, I can’t justify going back to this physician since I’d like someone more dedicated to their jobs and if I hear “I forgot” or “you should’ve reminded me” I’ll laugh considering you’re a doctor and I work retail and I shouldn’t have to remind anyone like that about doing their job.

Dr. Fafalak has been my family’s doctor for several years. He’s attentive and recalls why we’re there last and always ask what was the follow up. He also asks we call him after a few days if we don’t feel better with any meds he prescribes, if any.
Excellent diagnostician! Possibly the smartest doctor I have encountered. Listens carefully; does not over prescribe and he is also just incredibly nice.
My physical was a great experience! Dr. Kreps made me feel extremely comfortable opening up about my concerns. She was thorough & detailed in explaining and educating me on how everything is connected. She gave me wonderful advice and was not eager to write me a prescreption and send me on my way, which I appreciate. Functional medicine is the way to go. Thank you, Dr. Kreps.
