Today was my first appointment with Dr. Tran and she is amazing! She took the time to reassure me that we'd find out what is going on with me, and she really cared about how I felt throughout the entire appointment. Reception was prompt, pleasant, and concise, I arrived early and was in an exam room at my appointed time. Dr Dylan Zini and his assistant Grace performed a well care checkup on this 52yo man in good health. Excellent rapport with both that seemed genuinely interested in not only my physical well being as a patient, but also who I am as a person. It's been a long time since I had seen a Primary Care doctor that I honestly believed was truly concerned about my health, let alone take the time to actually have a conversation. Highly recommend Dr Z & this particular BayCare Medical Group facility.

I started seeing Dr. Zini two years ago because my Doctor of Choice has a non-compete at the practice where she previously treated me.
I tried changing my identity, name, plastic surgery, etc., but Doctor of Choice must wait a minimum of 36 months to see prior patients or face serious consequences.
So, I found Dr. Zini. Dr. Zini is attentive, answers my sometimes ridiculous questions (without making me feel silly), and treats me like he cares. He makes reasonable and workable suggestions to manage my aging body and does not dismiss my complaints of physical ailments, much like Doctor of Choice.
Also, the office support staff is excellent, which is essential because a doctor can only be as good as the people you go through to get to them.
I still miss Doctor of Choice, but Dr. Zini is a swell substitute.
