Dr Bhalini is very thorough and friendly. She asks me how I was feeling and what my concerns were with my visit.
I appreciate she reviewed notes before hand and not ask the same questions I already answered prior to checking in.
She also does not order unnecessary procedures or test just because she can.
I look forward to seeing her again.

Due to a chronic illness, I have seen many doctors over my lifetime, and her office and bedside manner are among the best I have interacted with. Dr Bhalani was courteous and thorough. She ordered several tests to make sure that my complete patient care was up to date with bloodwork, and other follow up specialist testing. She also had me do a follow up well check in two months to review everything with me. I highly recommend her.

I checked in for my appointment early. It was requested that I wait for 20 minutes outside the waiting room due to COVID procedures. Before doing so I asked with the front desk if I was “fully checked in for my appointment” they said “yes.” I waited in the hall. I went back into the main waiting room and waited an additional 20 minutes only to be informed, 15 minutes after my appointment start time, that the doctor had left because I “never checked in”. Mind you, I had interacted with and was sitting in front of the desk staff. I had filled out all my paperwork ahead of time. No one called me or called out my name to verify if I was there. I was literally right there in front of the woman who requested I leave and come back. I Will never return. I cannot speak on the doctor but the front desk staff blamed me for their oversight without any apology.

Dr. Bhalani was great - very friendly and considerate. Wait time was nearly nonexistent - I spent maybe 3 minutes in the waiting room and was seen immediately once taken back.

I joined as a new patient (having recently relocated to FL) and I would highly recommend this office. The building has free valet parking, lots of signs directing you where to go, and restrooms on every floor. The office itself seemed well-staffed for the number of patients I saw waiting, and everyone was kind and friendly. Dr. Bhalani is a great listener and has great recommendations for referrals and continuing care.
