This was my first visit at Bay care. It is a primary care as well as an urgent care facility. I was pleasantly surprised that the waiting room was large with ample space. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Lorie was also very nice. I was seen by Doctor Aggarwal. She was pleasant, thorough , and very professional. I found her to be a good listener, and I did not feel rushed at all. I felt very comfortable with her. ? They did let me know that on my next visit which is supposed to be within a month, I might be seeing a nurse practitioner because there was no availability until the end of May. I did let them know that I wanted to see the doctor so they found a slot mid May that was very early morning for me, but that’s OK.?Great experience.

The check-in customer service could have been better. I stood there for about 4 to 5 minutes before I was even recognized. Once I was recognized, I was approached by do you have an appointment and not by good afternoon or how can we help you. The doctor and nurse was awesome.

I liked Dr. Aggarwal was very friendly and listened to all of my concerns. She fave intellectual and very helpful advise regarding a question about my dietary changes and fasting. She ordered only labs necessary to ensure she didnt order extra labs my insurance wouldn’t cover. I was seen within 5-10 minutes of arrival. Definitely recommend if you’re in Haines City area.

Dr. Aggarwal has been my PCP for years and I trust her medical knowledge and her art of evaluation. She listens very closely and critically weighs all the information she assessed and that the patient provides before discussing the care plan. Dr. A is a good communicator and the entire office staff are welcoming, respectful, and helpful.

Doctor aggarwal was extremely friendly and we loved her. The nurse who helped before doctor aggarwal came in was smacking her gum and was not as pleasant as we thought she should be. She finally started being nicer as soon as my son was being given his shots.
