At Triana MD, I practice Direct Primary Care (DPC) — a membership model that removes insurance from the equation so I can focus entirely on you. That means unhurried visits, same- or next-day appointments, and direct access to me by phone or message. No waiting rooms, no rushed 10-minute slots. I care for adults and adolescents across the full range of primary care — chronic disease management, preventive care, and life transitions like midlife, menopause, and new parenthood. I provide gender-affirming care and am proudly listed on OutCare and the LGBTQ Healthcare Directory. I see patients in English and Spanish. Membership starts at $300/month. No insurance billing — most members pair their membership with a high-deductible plan or health-sharing plan for specialist and hospital coverage. Now accepting new members. Opening June 1, 2026.
