This was my first time using the app. Timely scheduling options made it possible to see Dr. Whittier sooner than was available through the referral network. The office and nursing staff were attentive and kind. Dr. Whittier was warm and I found her approach to diagnosing and treatment to be thorough. Nice office and visit. Make sure you have a referral. They cancelled my first appointment after reaching out to me once because I didn’t provide the referral information fast enough.
What really stood out is the office staff that called me prior to my appointment and greeted me when they got there. Too many times this is an unpleasant experience, but not with this practice! Top notch staff!

Dr. Bradley was amazing. He is extremely thorough and attentive, listens to your concerns, and cares about helping his patients. I have seen a few providers recently, and I felt dismissed and unheard, but it was the opposite with Dr. Bradley. His office staff are nice, and I didn't have to wait in the waiting room long before I was called to the back. The practice has a lab for bloodwork in the office, which is very convenient for patients. I would recommend Dr. Bradley to anyone seeking Rheumatology care.
