Dr. Sinclair has an exceptional bedside manner. Despite a full waiting room on the day of my visit, she took the time to listen, to address my concerns and to be comprehensive in her explanations. I am very happy to have found her!
I waited about 10 minutes. The receptionist was so helpful (male, can’t remember name) which means a lot to me since they are the face of the office. Dr. Kushnick was really nice. Even though I was just there for a ear cleaning, he examined my head and neck and still conducted a complete check up. I would go again. And I also referred my coworker to go as well. Enjoyed my experience.
The doctor was great and so was her nurse (Emily? I think). The nurse was so warm and friendly, which is kind of a rarity. She asked how I was and really cared. Dr. Kumra was awesome. I was super nervous but she was calm and confident and reassuring. I felt she truly listened to me before jumping into an exam. She was not rushed at all. I will definitely go back if I need to see an ENT again!

Appt was actually early, though office was crowded. Spent 25 minutes with me and diagnosed an ear infection very quickly. Thorough exam. Would go back.
