The best! Dr. Shen identified something that my other FAMOUS pediatrian told me i dont need to see a specialist some one year ago. I am seeing the specialist soon and hopefully it is not too late for the kid.
Dr Chang was knowledgeable and helpful. She spent time and showed care with my daughter. We found our new primary!

Love Dr. Chao. She is very informative and pays a great deal of attention to your child. The wait time isn’t bad and every one in the office is very friendly. The office communicates very well and does everything pretty fast. Dr. Chao and her entire team is so efficient and knowledgeable. She sees a lot of patient but takes the time out to stay up to date with her patients. I love her attention to details. 5 star all around!
Today's visit was good and fast. Nurses and Dr. Au are all very kind to my child. Dr. Au always takes her time to listen to us. She is very attentive and patient with my child. Never rushed us, Dr. Au is very nice!

Dr Kochin seems very knowledgeable. My son was a bit reticent to talk about his issues at first but the doctor did put him at ease. I thought his initial consultation was thorough. My biggest issue was the wait time. Also, his front desk staff were not that nice.
Today's visit was fast. Dr. Soohoo is very nice. My child visits her since she was a baby. I like her very much.

Survices was over all good. Dr. Zhu is attentive and will address our concerns. We were here almost an hour too early for our appointment today. But, there's some wait time usually reguadess if you arrive early or on time.

This was our first visit with Dr Tsai. The front desk staff were friendly and explainly clearly all documents that I needed to sign as well has how they handle collecting payment dor high deductible plans. The nurse was very nice and took my girls weight, height and blood pressure. Dr. Tsai saw my girls immediately afterwards. The doctor was very patient, asked alot of questions and examed each child carefully. They have another nurse that adminsters vaccines and takes bloodwork. That nurse was absoutely amazing! Having one special need non-verbal child, and another one that has small difficult veins she was able to do the bloodwork for all three of my girls. Ive always had bad experinces in other labs so I was glad that they didnt have any issues drawing blood for any of them. Overall we had a great experience and we will continue to come to this office.

I really enjoy visiting this office. Dr. Santos is very open to patient information and feedback and has never diminished my reporting of symptoms or pain, and the phlebotomy and office staff is excellent.
