He's come on board with my other specialist working on stabilizing my urgent health issues.so grateful for Dr.Hares knowledge and willingness to help in controlling my horrific pain.

This is a unique traveling telemedicine based provider who prides his self on his open mindedness in regards to pain management.
As a chronically ailed patient initially motivated to pursue medicine as a result of terminal disease, and after having experienced first-hand the pains that are endured on a daily just to perform simple tasks of life, let alone those of a complex career, differentiates the type of care I provide in that I can truly tell my patients that I indeed, 'know how you feel.'
Pain presents as it does, on its own time, which is why my practice is open 24/7, on demand, for my patients.
In this practice setting, patients will find NO barrier to communicate with me-All communications are direct-I have no scheduler, no nurse, I don't deal with insurance, I talk to you. This is on demand, concierge medicine, 24/7 that my patients desire.
Our terrific traveling troupe of rescued therapy dawgs and I will treat you to the best of our abilities, SO! If you're hurtin' when you call?!?!We're here for y'all!!!
FEE SCHEDULE:
CONCIERGE TELEMEDICINE VS. PAY AS YOU GO TELEMEDICINE
Annual Concierge Physician Access fee $300.
Monthly physician continuity access fee is $100 monthly thereafter. telemed monthly visit is included but NOT required, once a month.
First time patients 'pay as you go' $200 to establish a chart.
All future follow up visits must be scheduled by the patient, $150 office visits after an establish care visit above ($200).

My experience with Dr. Hares was wonderful. He was very warm and friendly. I enjoyed my meeting with him. He was very transparent from the very beginning. I would highly recommend him, however, he is not for everyone. Be cautious of his laid back-patient-knows-their-own body practice. He treats people not charts and diagnostic testing and lab results.

Dr. Hare was very patient-centered, really wanting my input as much as his own input for his final decision. He's extremely warm, caring, and actively listens to the patient's needs. He was willing to spend as much time as was required to handle my medical needs, answer all of my questions, explain his rationale for his decision-making in way that I felt extremely comfortable. I just had my first appointment with him. He sent all of the prescriptions almost immediately after our session. When there was a logistical error with the pharmacy, he responded to my text (the morning after our appointment), immediately at 7am in the morning. He took the time to ensure that all of my needs were handled. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hares, other than he's the best, forget the rest!
