He also specializes in treating Obsessive-compulsive Disorder OCD and addictions utilizing a combination of CBT, Mindfulness, Strength Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to improve daily functioning and overall wellbeing. His work with military personnel, veterans, and first responders reflects a deep understanding of the unique psychological burdens these populations often carry. In addition to trauma and anxiety related issues, Adam provides specialized care for those facing midlife and later life transitions. Whether adjusting to aging, grief, medical concerns, identity shifts, or insomnia, Adam offers tailored support to help clients find meaning and resilience in every life stage.
