I have experience working with individuals struggling with past abuse, trauma, addictions, criminal justice involvement, Veterans, Child Protective Services involvement, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. If you’re working through a challenge or setback, I want to provide a safe place to talk through what happened/ is happening without judgment and identify what could help you persevere or bring healing. My communication style Starting therapy can feel like a big step; this takes courage! I will respect and honor that you are allowing me to join your journey, and I want to make sure this time together is meaningful to you. I will take time to hear your story.
