I have had shoulder surgery on both shoulders and Adam did an amazing job working with me. A year after my last surgery and I feel my shoulders are stronger than were before. I would highly recommend him. He is professional, patient and does a great job explaining the exercises and reason for doing them.
Adam has been a miracle worker for my son. He is very knowledgeable and has helped my son rehab from surgery and other injuries. I highly recommend him.

Adam is the only person I would trust with my PT needs. He is a wealth of knowledge, has a great personality and genuinely cares about every person he treats.
My son and I have each seen Adam multiple times for various health issues. Each time we leave his office with a handful of very helpful exercises. The health issues have gone away because of his advice. We are very grateful for him.
Very professional and attentive! Adam has worked with me to identify issues I’ve had with my lower back and how to mitigate and strengthen my joints so I’m successful with my newly found CrossFit journey. Recommend 100%
Adam is amazing. In one visit he solved a persistent neck issue I've had for over a decade. I had gone to chiropractors, doctors and massage therapists will little or no relief and Adam helped me in just a few minutes. I wish I'd met him years ago!
