My name is Adlin (Addy) de Cardi, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Virginia and California. I am Hispanic and fluent in Spanish. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from National University-Manila and a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
My counseling style is one of empathy and compassion for those struggling with issues that interfere with their efforts to be the best version of themselves. My hope is that we can form a therapeutic relationship that fosters personal growth and leads to a sense of well-being and confidence.
