He then transitioned to crisis counseling in which he provided solution-focused brief therapy directed at short-term goals. He obtained his license in 2021, and now provides outpatient counseling in a traditional face-to-face setting and also via video. Holden has developed an adaptable style in counseling and meets clients where they are. He looks forward to helping you identify goals, work toward them, and live a more fulfilling life.
