I am dedicated to helping you learn how to navigate issues like anxiety, depression, major life transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, relationship difficulties, parenting, trauma, and more.

Adrienne is a great therapist; she listens but also points out inconsistencies or ways to improve. I appreciate the time she take so ask questions and dig deeper to get to know me. Sometimes her dogs can be a little distracting, but it’s not overwhelming.
