Psychotherapist
4050 Executive Park Dr, Ste 350, Cincinnati, OH
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for women, college students, and healthcare professionals who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, and stress-related concerns. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage intrusive thoughts, emotional exhaustion, and the pressure to constantly meet expectations while trying to care for yourself and others. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I strive to help clients build confidence, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more empowered in their daily lives. Through therapy, clients can learn to manage anxiety more effectively, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports both emotional well-being and personal growth. In our first session together, here's what you can expect During your first therapy session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. We will review intake paperwork and complete any necessary assessments to better understand your current concerns, symptoms, and personal history. This session is also an opportunity for you to share your goals, ask questions, and talk about what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we will begin identifying your strengths, challenges, and priorities so we can develop a treatment approach that feels personalized and meaningful to you. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions What stands out about my approach as a therapist is my ability to combine compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based treatment to create a supportive and empowering therapeutic experience.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
