What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide a warm and welcoming environment free of judgment, where you may come in and be met with understanding and validation. I help create actionable steps to help you overcome life's challenges, and encourage a space of self-growth and self-compassion.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach includes CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. In other words, discussing how thoughts may influence feelings and action, coupled with real coping techniques you can take outside of the office, and apply to your everyday life to create a better life for yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally.
