My first appointment with Alice made me feel hopeful. She explained that we will make a plan together to help me with my struggles. I appreciate that she will be straight forward with me and call me out on things like lying to myself. I look forward to her helping me become healthier in life.

Oh my gosh she is so amazing. We felt right at home. With the tools she is giving us and through more sessions my fiancé and I feel confident we can navigate stressors and triggers much easier. She was so kind, funny, and very relatable. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s incredible.
