We are inherently social creatures that yearn for connectedness but sometimes it is difficult to connect with ourselves. Even when we desire to understand our own pain and struggles, that inner connection doesn't always come how or when we hoped. I believe that a connectedness to one's self and others can be achieved; and can come more naturally with practice. As your therapist, I will foster a warm and supportive therapeutic environment for us to work together. This is a place where you can gently peel back layers of awareness so that you can more easily reach your authentic self.
