Getting to know Jasmine Dascy

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, crisis situations, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. What should a new client know about working with you?

At the heart of my work is a genuine, compassionate therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing and growth happen when clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and navigate the complexity of holding multiple emotions and experiences at once. I also incorporate mindfulness and mind-body awareness into my work, helping clients process difficult experiences, develop emotional resilience, and foster greater self-understanding. I collaborate with clients to identify their strengths, access the tools they already possess, and create meaningful, lasting change while moving toward greater confidence, balance, and inner peace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
