I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master's degree in social service management from Bryn Mawr College and certifications in Child and Family Well-being and trauma-informed care. With extensive experience across diverse areas of mental health, I specialize in women's and reproductive mental health, including abortion and post-abortion challenges, fertility/infertility, prenatal and postpartum care, pregnancy loss, and menopause. I also provide support for individuals navigating parenting, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, career stress, chronic illness, and the unique transitions of college-age life. My work is rooted in creating an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to face their challenges. Whether addressing personal struggles, relational issues, or life transitions, I strive to help clients develop the skills and resilience they need to feel lighter, happier, and more in control of their lives.
