I'm here to support and guide you on your healing journey. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) through the Institute of Creative Mindfulness (an EMDRIA-approved EMDR training program), and the 4 Blinks Flash Technique - a groundbreaking way to reprocess trauma without doing much talking!
I specialize in helping those who’ve been through complex or confusing experiences, whether from family, faith communities, or relationships that left lasting marks. I help people untangle anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and the kind of pain that can’t be easily named.
Therapy is more than using coping skills; it’s about uncovering your most authentic self and learning to live from that place, even when you can’t seem to catch a break. Our work together is grounded in honesty, mutual respect, and authenticity. You are always in control of your pace, your story, and your healing. I've got you!
