I only had an intake session which is essentially a pre-interview before the practice determines if they’ll take you and what time slots they’ll have available (no you may not actually be assigned the therapist that does your intake). This all sounds like a cold way to run a factory-like clinic... but honestly it was a pleasant and therapeutic experience nonetheless. I would see this intake therapist again, and if she’s reflective of the most junior and inexperienced of them, then i feel pretty good about the potential of the more seasoned practitioners and owner. Jury’s out but first appointment was welcoming and I’m willing to try a second visit.

It was the first time I had gone to talk to someone. Alyssa was very kind and compassionate. She made me feel very comfortable that I could open up to her about anything. I would highly recommended her. I will definitely be seeing her again on my journey.

I've fully dedicated myself to helping people explore and understand why they are the way that they are. I do this to create pathways towards increasing self empathy and overall life fulfillment. A core belief of mine is that empathy, love, and connection- both within the self and within each other- create a satisfying life. I sincerely believe the goal of therapy is to generate the knowledge it takes to make conscious choices, and I am privileged to be able to help my clients do this.
With years of experience and training about both my passions- trauma and relationships- I am ready and driven to help both you as an individual and you and your partner achieve the love and connection that you have always wanted.
