I earned my Bachelor's and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Cincinnati, graduating with my MSW in 1992. I am dually and independently licensed in mental health (LISW-S) and substance abuse (LICDC-CS). I use CBT to help you learn how your thought process impacts the choices you make, which can determine your success. You can achieve your goals.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
