All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Are you tired of feeling like you're barely surviving each day? I help those who are tired, frustrated, and hurting learn to heal and thrive. The world can be traumatizing at times, and we may sometimes get tired and want to give up. There is hope! I believe we each have what we need inside of us to live the life we imagined; sometimes we just need a little help. I earned my Bachelor's and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Cincinnati, graduating with my MSW in 1992. I am dually and independently licensed in mental health (LISW-S) and substance abuse (LICDC-CS). I use CBT to help you learn how your thought process impacts the choices you make, which can determine your success. You can achieve your goals.
