Alyssa is awesome!!! She is incredible at making her patients feel comfortable and safe within the therapeutic setting. She is able to listen to those that she works with, as well as offer advice to guide us. She has truly helped me make strides in my mental health.

would definitely recommend ?? best therapist I've ever had tbh and helped me through a lot. didn't feel the pressure of normal therapy to get better right away and was free to go at my own pace with her support

Alyssa is very professional, very knowledgeable and very supportive of her clients and their wishes. She has amazing communication. She has helped me tremendously for the last year and a half. If you need anything she is there to help you though it. She is amazing with working out a schedule that works for you. I Highly recommended her to everyone!

Insightful and caring, she has a fantastic take on how to best support her clients. I look forward to our sessions and always walk away feeling heard and understood and with few ideas to implement to get better outcomes in my day to day. Highly recommend!

Alyssa O’Keefe is an amazing practitioner , I came to her in very chaotic fearful mental state and by the second appointment she was already helping me make a difference. She is kind , compassionate , intelligent, a great listener who really cares about her patients and how to help them. She goes above and beyond and shares resources that she finds outside of appointments and will email them to make sure you are always moving forward. Her calm demeanor and sense of humor makes a world of difference during appointments. I would highly recommend Alyssa and her practice.
