My name is Allie, and I have been providing counseling since 2002. I earned my Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Arkansas. I believe we all possess the skills to reach our potential, and as a counselor, it is my job to help you find your strengths to be your most authentic self. I believe there is much to gain from understanding how our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors. Additionally, the earliest relationships in life influence our adult relationships, and there can be great value in exploring this deeper understanding. I focus on building an authentic and supportive relationship with you and utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused therapy, and many other modalities. I look forward to working with you!

Not sure if this is an issue with Zocdoc or with the winter weather, but the provider never reached out to me and I never received a way to meet with them. Be careful about booking an appt if its within the next day or so because it seems like they either weren't aware of my appt or could not accommodate it. I called the office twice and no one answered. It's not a huge deal, but there shouldn't be appointment openings for the next day if the provider is not prepared to actually host the appointment so soon.
