Mental health is often stigmatized. The key to successful treatment is support, empathy, and education. I specialize in helping those who struggle with co-occurring disorders by providing coping skills and the necessary tools to prevent relapse of behaviors, enabling a better quality of life. I will meet you where you are, as I believe in a client-centered approach where we work together to find a grounded path tailored to your personal and therapeutic needs. I will focus on your strengths, empowering mindfulness, and awareness to initiate meaningful change. Recovery is possible please start your journey of recovery and wellness. ( As I take most insurances I do not accept Medicaid-NJ FAMILY CARE)

Highly unprofessional, insensitive, and made me very uncomfortable. Talked a lot about her personal life during therapy sessions. Frequently tardy and would often not even show up. Makes last-minute excuses for cancelling, poor at communicating, and was overall disrespectful. I rarely ever write reviews unless I have something very positive to say but this was genuinely one of the worst therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had.
