She supports clients in gaining insight about their emotions, behavioral patterns, and explores ways to skillfully approach life stressors. Her therapy style is supportive, warm, interactive, and humanistic. Amber's understands that change is hard and with the right tools change is possible.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys crafting, cinema, baking, and spending time with her family. Fun fact about her, she enjoys going skating or the movie theater once a week to foster self-care
