Unresolved trauma can often sneak up into your day-to-day life. You may find yourself reacting in ways you don’t intend to in everyday situations in situations, followed by guilt and frustration, and then in other scenarios, it’s as though you feel nothing at all. Sometimes you are too exhausted to connect with those closest to you or feel as though you are unsure of who you are outside of your relationships. You may find yourself frequently turning to substances, food, TV shows, or sleep in order to feel relaxed. I am able to help you find some relief from these difficult experiences.
There is a future where you can better understand yourself, control your worry, and live in the moment. A future where you can trust yourself to know when it is safe to open up. You can find relief in ways that don’t lead to feelings of guilt or shame. I would love to help you work towards this future.
