For your first session with me, we will do an intake process, from which we will gather information together on reason for therapy and goals you would like to work on. I use a variety of different therapy approaches in order to help you feel as comfortable and validated during session. It's my hope that we will make a great team and you will become a better and stronger version of yourself.
