I strive hard to hold a safe space that is judgement free to explore things that feel hard. We will work slowly to help you regain your sense of who want to be and what you want from life.
Life is a journey and whatever the experience is that brought you here, I look forward to focusing on the oppertunities of encouragement and instillment of hope, healing and empowerment. I am a ecleptic provider, who primarily utilizes CBT and Solution based therapy in efforts to incorportate the needed techniques and orientations to assist in helping you work towards healing. I have years in experience helping work with client's to achieve their goals and help them narrate their journey to problem solve and develop new skills in managing your currnet stressors.

I tried calling this provider once before the appointment and my call was forwarded to VM. I loaded into the waiting room for virtual and sat for 20 min waiting. I called the number provided and left a voicemail. Called another number i found on google and couldn’t reach Amber. I emailed her and she contacted me via text asking if i would like to schedule with her 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment. It’s crazy how if we are late or cancel we get charged but it’s different with a provider/Dr’s. I did contact ZocDoc and informed them she never joined the virtual visit.
