I work with clients from teenagers through adults; with issues such as depression; anxiety; PTSD; anger; trauma; life changes; relationship issues; family and marriage issues.My approach leans toward solution focused therapy; as I believe that unless we find solutions to the stressful issues we deal with daily; we cannot better our mental health; as we are going back into the same situations that cause the stress. I encourage my clients to find hope for the future. Without hope; we cannot continue forward and make progress in our life.
