My name is Ruby Rosenberg, and I’m a mental health therapist who has had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges. I’m also a third-generation social worker, which means supporting others has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember. I bring a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients exactly where they are while helping them move toward meaningful change. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive virtual space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your history, and your goals so I can better understand how to support you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll move at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. By the end of the session, we’ll work together to outline a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with what you hope to gain from therapy. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and hopeful about the path forward.
